大切なお客様へ


　これまで弊社にて取り扱いをして参りましたCoolsystems社のアイシングマシン「Game Ready」ですが、2021年12月31日をもちまして、日本での販売代理店業務の終了となりますことをご案内させていただきます。弊社創業時よりGame Readyの取り扱いを開始し、非常に多くの皆様にご贔屓いただきましたこと、厚くお礼申し上げます。


　今後、Game Ready製品につきましては、Coolsystems社の親会社となりましたアバノス社の日本法人にて、直接対応をさせていただくこととなりました。Game Ready製品のご購入履歴（選手個人の方はお名前とご購入商品情報のみ）につきましては、アバノス社とも共有をさせていただき、弊社からご購入いただきました製品のアフターサービス等も、皆様にご不便が発生しないようにして参る所存です。なお、GameReady製品サイトも2021年12月末をもって閉鎖となります。


​　現在、商談中の方々及び、2022年1月以降の納品希望の方々への納品などは、予定通り対応しておりますので、詳しくはメディアーク担当者までお問合せください。

Announcement on ending the distribution and the service for Game Ready


We would like to extend our deep appreciation for a long patronage for Game Ready products made by Cool Systems Inc. 
But, we regret to inform you that we will discontinue its distribution and support service since December 31th, 2021.

Avanos Medical Japan Inc, Japanese subsidiary of Avanos Inc., which is the parent company of CoolSystems Inc., will directly distribute and support Game Ready products from January 1st, 2022.
We will share Game Ready product purchase history with Avanos Medical Japan Inc., and Game Ready products purchased from Mediark Inc. will be continuously supported by Avanos Medical Japan Inc.
